Unifi Mutual fund

Unifi Mutual Fund, the mutual fund arm of Unifi Capital, was established on March 5, 2024. As of March 2025, the AUM (Assets Under Management) is 11025.63 lakhs. Currently, they are offering one fund, i.e, Unifi Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund.

The fund managers are Karthik Srinivas, Mr. Aejas Lakhani, and Mr. Saravanan V N.

Karthik Srinivas

Karthik Srinivas has 10+ years of experience in fund management, research, risk management & audit. He’s a chartered accountant and has been co-managing debt strategies at Unifi Group’s PMS division. 

His previous experience includes working with The Sanmar Group in their Founders’ Office and Deloitte in their Risk Advisory practice.

Mr. Aejas Lakhani

Aejas Lakhani has over 12 years of experience in fund management, equity research and governance advisory. For the past four years, he has been managing the consumption-themed equity fund at Unifi Group.

Previously, Aejas has worked as an analyst at Institutional Investor Advisory Services Firm and Edelweiss Asset Management Limited. 

Mr. Saravanan V N

Saravanan V N has been associated with the Unifi group since 2006. He’s a chartered accountant with over 20+ years of experience in capital markets, fund management, banking, and audit. During his tenure, he managed an open-ended CAT-III multi-asset class AIF between FY14 to FY24 for 11 years. 

Saravanan has previously worked with ICICI Bank’s treasury, corporate mid-office group, and Pwc’s due diligence and assurance division.
